The personal data collected are exclusively those voluntarily provided by the interested party at the same time or after the establishment of the business relationship.

Purpose of treatment:

The personal, common and sensitive data will be treated in relation to the accounting and administrative management of the relationship or service in order to allow a more effective management of the same. The data collected may also be used for promotional activities and to send technical and commercial information on the products and activities of the writer.

Methods of treatment:

The data provided will be processed and stored by Graficabanzi snc in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force for the above purposes and for future relations that may be established, unless the person concerned expressly revokes authorisation to process the data.

Nature of contribution:

The interested party is free to provide or not to provide his/her personal data, but the provision of such data is necessary for the exact execution of contractual and pre-contractual obligations; their partial or non-disclosure implies the impossibility for Graficabanzi snc to proceed with the relations and to perform those services for which the knowledge of the data appears indispensable.

Dissemination of data:

The data provided will not be disseminated, except within the limits of art. 25 D. lgs. 196/2003. The same may be disclosed to the following categories of subjects: employees, external consultants, accountants, couriers and shippers, banks, external lawyers of the company in charge of the treatment for the aspects that may concern them.

Rights of the interested party:

With regard to the data itself, the person concerned may exercise the rights under Art. 7 D.lgs. 196/2003 and in particular the right to access their personal data, to request correction, updating and cancellation if incomplete, incorrect or collected in violation of the law, and to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons, addressing requests to the owner of the treatment.
